Return & Refund Policy

Zahlé Sun has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition, unopened and showing no signs of damage, including the packaging. If the packaging is damaged or the product has been opened or used, you will not be eligible for a refund.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe you have received a damaged or faulty item, please send details (including photos) to info@zahlesun.com within 7 days of receipt. We will review your claim for a replacement and provide further instructions upon receiving your order.

Please note, we do not provide refunds or accept returns for change of mind, including a satisfaction guarantee, as individual skin responses can vary.
